Land plots for sale by the sea Plots of 500 m² each are offered for sale. Plots can be purchased individually or in several lots. Cost: $100/m² $50,000 per plot (500 m²) On the master plan: plots marked in black are available for individual purchase along the road; red marks already sold plots. To purchase plots in the inner part of the territory, closer to the sea, the minimum purchase volume is 4,000 m² (8 plots). On the diagram: the upper part of the territory is located closer to the sea; the lower part is closer to the road. Infrastructure A 6-meter road will be built to the left of the territory: first gravel, then asphalt after agreement with the municipality. Construction For construction, a pile foundation with a 50 cm base is mandatory (municipality requirement). A mandatory roof overhang of 50 cm is also provided. When building a private house: maximum building height - 8 meters; it is possible to build two floors, each about 3.5 m high. When implementing a hotel project: maximum building height - 12 meters.
